It's dangerous to reduce Gamification just to fun, points and badges. The Dilbert-comicstrips highlight in hilarious ways the shortcomings of today's corporate world. Gamification will not only be a disruptive new aggregator to make employee success and achievement more transparent, but also dry out the torrent of discrepancies from the corporate world that feed the humor for Dilbert-strip.
